Derailed is a photo series of the Washington D.C. Metro edited to include a contrasting landscape. It is intended to add imagination and wonder to the underground scenes that hundreds of thousands of people pass through daily. The aesthetic of the metro is something unique to Washingtonians, and this photo series is an appreciation of that uniqueness.

Catholic University in May of 2018. I'm originally from Ossining, New York and I've lived in D.C. since 2012.
